They have cute kids events, good sales, friendly staff, and a good selection of books.

The coffee etc is fine.. Great even. But the WiFi is horrible. It can take 10 minutes or even much longer to connect to it. It's this convoluted deal where you connect to att and Barnes and Noble simultaneously and it almost always craps out before you're fully connected. For my money, if you have something you want to do on the web, go up to the Starbucks across the street. There you can connect to the free wifi in no time at all.
Love the atmosphere. The staff are always very nice and helpful. Every section is very well organized. I just wish some of the books were in better condition. I hate buying a new book that has it' cover all bent or dinged up.
They advertise Starbucks products in the snack bar and have the damned Starbucks logo plastered all over the place, but won't accept a Starbucks gift card. Piss off.
