From the time I walked in to the time I left, everyone was as pleasant and helpful as possible. Room was clean with every accomodation. Felt more like an efficiency appt than a hotel but with all the perks. I would highly recommend this facility if you need a place to stay in the Kingston, NY area. By the way, plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. One downfall, they should have their own restaurant for their guests.
